OK, it’s time to shake off that Spokane Hoopfest hangover and get signed up for your next big event - THE SHOWARE SHOOTOUT 3 ON 3. Our event is set for July 13-14 at the ShoWare Center in Kent and promises a weekend fun of basketball for all ages and abilities. If you haven’t had enough basketball this summer yet, it’s time to get signed up for the SHOWARE SHOOTOUT 3 ON 3. This event will give you plenty of good basketball and a weekend of sun and great time. Cost is just $65 per team and includes a tournament T-Shirt and at least three games. Two of the state’s top Class 4A girls basketball team collide Saturday in the Alliance Flooring Showdown at Highline College when top-ranked Kentridge squares off with third-ranked Eastlake. Game time is 5:00 p.m. That game is just one of eight on tap for the day.

The other girls matchups include Peninsula and Auburn Mountainview at 10:30 a.m. and Enumclaw and Rogers at 12:00 p.m.

The boys games include Vashon Island and Auburn Mountainview at 9:00 a.m. Mountlake Terrace and Kentlake at 2:00 p.m., Kennedy and Rogers at 3:30 p.m., Kentwood and Sumner at 7:00 p.m. and Mount Rainier and Bonney Lake at 8:30 p.m.

Tickets are $10 for all day and $5 for seniors and students with ASB cards.

Some of the top high school boys and girls basketball teams in the Pacific Northwest will take part in the annual King Showcase Presented by The Ram Restaurant Monday Jan. 15 at the ShoWare Center in Kent.

Game Time Events is pleased to announce THREE Seattle University Basketball games will be played at Kent's ShoWare Center this fall and winter. The Redhawks men will play Great Falls College on November 25th, and Northwest Indian College on December 17th. The Redhawk Women will play Denver University on Decmeber 3 at the ShoWare Center.
