“Nothing But Chopsticks”
THU, April 24th from 4-9pm. I’ll be serving dishes that are best enjoyed fresh, hot, and eaten right away with chopsticks! Pad Thai and Ramen (and all the dumplings). From my own research, Pad Thai doesn’t hold up well after about 30 minutes. Ramen is always served hottttt. If you have had my ramen before, I promise deliciousness, but it will be a little different. Details coming later!
Erie Street Kitchen will be serving their regular menu. So, even if you’re not in the mood for my Asian food, you can still enjoy a Banh Mi. 😁
