White Lilac Kenosha

THIS FRIDAY: May Erlew**e + P***y Lundholm at White Lilac!

If you haven’t heard May Erlew**e yet, we’d love to introduce you. If you already love her music, imagine hearing it in a room with just 45 seats, only a few feet from the artists.

May blends folk, soul and Americana with a voice that Current Magazine says “could heal a burdened heart.” Her songs hold space for love, heartbreak, resilience and the beautiful mess of being human.

Her “Shine On” reached millions through eventual The Voice winner Sawyer Fredericks, and her beloved Mother Lion features Vulfpeck’s Joe Dart, Theo Katzman and Woody Goss—including the empowering anthem “Never One Thing.”

Joining her is Chicago guitarist and multi-instrumentalist P***y Lundholm, whose credits include Theo Katzman, Woody Goss and I Fight Dragons. He also plays on May’s newest release, RECEIPTS. These two have a musical connection you’ll get to experience up close.

Barbie and I would love to see you here. Bring a friend, make it a date night, or come on your own. Discovering someone extraordinary is one of the best reasons to go out.

A century of people showing up for Kenosha County is worth celebrating. 💜

White Lilac is happy to help spread the word about the Kenosha Community Foundation's 100th anniversary and its 10 Days for 10 Decades celebration, September 29–October 8.

Thank you to KCF and to the donors, volunteers, and community partners who have helped make Kenosha a place where local ideas can grow. We’re excited to celebrate with you and see what the next 100 years bring.

Take a look at the events in KCF’s post below, and join in if you can!

The Kenosha Community Foundation is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2026, honoring a century of donors, community leaders, nonprofit partners and volunteers who have helped strengthen Kenosha County through philanthropy.

From September 29 through October 8, 2026, we invite you to join us for 10 Days for 10 Decades, a Centennial Celebration featuring experiences that bring our community together, spotlight local organizations and celebrate the people and partnerships that have shaped KCF's first 100 years.

And while we celebrate where we've been, we're looking ahead to where we're going.

For 100 years, KCF has connected generosity with the evolving needs of our community. Our Centennial is an opportunity to honor that legacy while building momentum for the next 100 years of impact.

Save the dates: September 29–October 8, 2026.

More details about events, registration and opportunities to be part of the Centennial Celebration are available at kenoshafoundation.org/centennial.

Three nights. Three artists worth making plans for. 💜

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 30 · 7 PM — CONNOR GARVEY
A winner of both Kerrville New Folk and the Rocky Mountain Folks Fest Songwriter Showcase, Connor brings songs, stories, and the kind of warmth that can make 45 people feel like old friends.

THURSDAY, OCT. 1 · 8 PM — NELLIE McKAY
Rolling Stone called her a “renegade songwriter.” She’s witty, wildly talented, and impossible to put in one musical category. Seeing Nellie in a room this small is something special.

FRIDAY, OCT. 2 · 7 PM — MAY ERLEWINE WITH P***Y LUNDHOLM
May’s songs have a way of finding the tender places. With guitarist and songwriter P***y Lundholm beside her, expect an evening full of heart, beautiful musicianship, and moments you’ll want to sit with a little longer.

Pick your night. Bring a friend. Come hear what happens in a room that listens.
