To Our Valued Customers,
The health, safety, and well-being of our team, customers, associates, and the community we serve are our top priority. With the ongoing global threat of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and the most recent information from the CDC, I wanted to take the time to address concerns and inform you of the precautionary steps Columbia Basin Event Group, LLC, and our child companies: BA Entertainment, Camerazzi Photobooth, and Wedding Warriors TC, are taking to help mitigate the risk and spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
We are closely monitoring the situation and following the guidance of public health officials and government agencies. Due to the mandatory shutdown order issued by Governor Jay Inslee today, we will be closing our office immediately, and are working on reaching out to all clients who are affected by this shutdown to assist with rescheduling your event.
At this time, we are prioritizing postponement efforts for all March and April 2020 events. Any event that is postponed due to government mandates will be rescheduled without additional fee, subject to availability.
We are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers as the situation evolves, and we are confident in our ability to serve you at our expected standard of excellence through phone, email, and digital tools. At this time, we are maintaining regular business hours and our world-class customer service department is upholding our same daily schedule and timelines – it’s just all happening remotely. 😊
Rest assured, we are prepared to navigate through this challenging situation, and we will remain in constant communication with our team and valued customers to keep all parties updated and informed. As circumstances continue to change, our goal will continue to be to provide a safe and healthy environment and serve our Columbia Basin Event Group, LLC family.
