True story😳
A potential customer called to set up a tour of our venue. not long after, she called to cancel because she had found one that was $200 cheaper. We get it, everyone has a certain budget and certain priorities so I kindly thanked her for her time. The following day, she called again and it went like this:
“So we went to tour the other venue. They only gave us one hour to set up. It smelled old and musty. We would have to figure out a way to drape all of the wood paneling on the wall, and probably some rugs to warm up the old cafeteria style floors. There weren’t many windows so it was kind of dull inside. And we had to bring our own chair covers and linens.”
I didn’t ask which venue she was speaking of, but needless to say she booked her bridal shower at The Loft at Chateau!😍😍
