The late summer bounty is coming in like crazy! We love sharing our garden goodies with friends and guests! One our favorite summertime meals especially when the days are hot is gazpacho with our tomatoes and cucumbers. What’s yours?

And the quince is almost ready! Quince is in the same family as apples and pears, It’s fruit is similar in appearance to a pear, and is bright golden-yellow when mature. Super sour if eaten raw but when cooked down with sugar for jam, oh my!! 😍 perfect paired with an aged Manchego cheese and slice of bread!
