I’m so proud of Chanell Sykes and so grateful for the opportunity to cater her launch and be part of such a beautiful moment. The first time I met her, I was out there grinding as the ice cream lady on a hot truck, pregnant, and her family was always showing love and supporting me before I even knew who she was. That kind of kindness sticks with you.

She is truly a girls’ girl so genuine, so sweet, and exactly who she shows herself to be. Sometimes when you meet well-known people, they don’t always give that same energy, but Chanell Sykes has always been nothing but real and always true to herself. When I pivoted into Bre, she did not hesitate to support me, and I am truly honored that she continues to trust me with her events. To be chosen by someone who could work with anybody and still chooses me means so much.

I’m so thankful to God for opening doors I never thought I’d walk through and for connecting me with people I never imagined I’d meet and collaborate with. Thank you for letting me be part of this intimate launch. I’m proud of you and grateful to know you.

And I have to give my best friend/manager, Shanese Brown, her flowers too. I truly cannot do this without her. She is my visionary, my eyes when I can’t see, and the one who has encouraged me every step of the way. She’s picked me up when I wanted to give up and helped me build this brand from the ground up. I’m so grateful that we get to build both of our brands together. Love you always, and I can’t wait to see what God continues to do in both of our lives.

Such a sweet morning
on the Patio. I had so much fun moving, connecting, and being in community with so many amazing women and vendors.It really felt like one of those events that fills your cup in every way good energy, meaningful conversations, and beautiful connections all around. Love seeing my mentor being one of the vendors and showing up with her beautiful charcuterie boats! I also loved seeing my best friend , founder of share her brand and the vision she's been working so hard on. I can't wait to see her bring it all to life. Huge thank you to the owner of Prayers & Pilates, for creating such a thoughtful and special event for everyone to enjoy. So grateful I got to be there.
