It is with a heavy heart that I tell you that I am closing Neen's Costume Emporium & Party Supplies at 172 Emerald St, Keene by the end of September. So all retail is 50% off and rental costumes are at a reasonable price from now until I have packed and are gone forever.Thank you all for your support and encouragement.
