We wanted to give a few updates which have been a long time coming. Sorry for the long wait; we were initially going to do a food popup with F**A, and still may in the future.

Melik and I have been very busy, and Melik is now cooking at B1 in Keego Harbor (https://www.facebook.com/JoesB1Tavern/) and she is going to do her first special today from the Indo menu.

Green Bean Tempura; Fresh Green Beans battered with rice and wheat flour, deep fried and served with Thai sweet chilli sauce. it's a small step but in the next couple weeks we hope to have an entree special on the board at B1. The next special will probably be Meliks famous potato fritters and/or Sweet and Sour Chicken, shrimp, or tofu.

Thank you all for your patience, support, and understanding. Feedback would be great, as well as letting us know if you will be coming up for her specials (either comment on this post or on B1 post.)

Thanks

Nik and Melik

Update:

So we have been hopeful and have held out updating until today and the new tenant has been ordered to evict.

That said, all of you that posted; your efforts were not in vain.
We are in discussions with Meliks current employer for her to start doing Indo specials there.

Will update soon.

Thanks again for all of your support.

HI,

We have been talking to a lot of you (our friends and customers) through messaging as well as our home Chef and Catering customers and telling people that we we will be putting updates as soon as we know what's going on. So we have a pretty idea as to what's going on right now so here's some updates for you

There is a new owner of the building his name is Noah, he owns a family restaurant in Pontiac as well as another place that he is refurbishing in Waterford which he plans to open up around the new year.

As for the old Indo space, he plans to open a bar restaurant and he is purchasing our liquor license, and some of our equipment, and he wants Melik to be a chef and some of the menu will be the best selling dishes from indo.

What we would like to do in addition to the best sellers is request that you, all of our customers and friends; please comment on this post and list your 3 favorite dishes (appetizers, soups, entrees or deserts), and 2 favorite craft cocktails and we will do our best to put them on the menu or at least run them as specials.

We don't have any details on the opening date; we should be able to have this for you next week. We look forward to letting everyone know and provide more details about this.

It has been a really hard road recovering from all the losses we have suffered, as well as the thefts, embezzlement, fraud by the former landlord and rik who the landlord evicted and apparently won a large settlement against in court.

We also wanted to thank everyone for your patience and for supporting us; I know it's been a long time since we've put an update up but hang in there and we'll see you soon

thanks again for all your support, well wishes and thoughts we really appreciate it.

Nik and Melik
