We had the honor of catering UNK's Celebrating Excellence Event on April 15th. This plated meal featured a side salad, burgundy beef tips over mashed potatoes, and asparagus. The dinner was beautifully complimented with a slice of carrot cake, with water, tea, or coffee. Congratulations to all of the award recipients and retirees who were honored during this celebration!
