Everyone Loves a great looking and tasting salad - I was educated that Red Cabbage was very difficult if not impossible to grow in Hawaii, its a cold climate vegetable, and from my understanding probably not something that might grow well in Orchidland but perhaps up country higher elevation, and only this time of year, when the ground is cool, and the sun is out - I asked if she knew of anyone who had grown Red Cabbage, she had not... Once we are up and running we plan on getting some varieties that may work and give it a try at the farm on 37th or maybe we can see if The Arc of Hilo can grow em?..
