While the back door of our original trailer was meant to hold our smoker when we were out selling, it's making one hell of a table to use for fabrication of the new walls going in our third truck.

🔥 Lots of Moving Pieces 🔥

I've got a lot of moving pieces over the next two weeks.

The growth has been incredible, but growth also means more trucks, more equipment, more people, more inventory, and a lot more planning behind the scenes.

Next week, our second motorhome food truck heads in for decals, bringing another piece of the expansion puzzle together.

And trust me...

We've got even more coming after that. 😈

The past few months have shown us what's possible.

We're adding trucks.

Adding infrastructure.

Adding people behind the scenes.

Adding inventory.

And continuing to build the systems needed to support the growth we're seeing.

The goal remains the same:

🔥 More locations
🔥 More consistency
🔥 More BBQ
🔥 More opportunities to serve our customers

Whether it's Hill AFB, local communities, events, catering, or new weekly stops, we're working hard to make sure Devil's Pit is available in more places than ever before.

This is where you'll be able to find us for the rest of this week and next week.

We appreciate every single customer who has supported us, shared a post, brought a friend, left a review, or simply stopped by to grab a meal.

The momentum is real.

Through the hatred that has been shown toward me, it has only made me push everything faster.

Maybe I was holding back.

Maybe I wasn't offering my fullest potential.

Honestly, I see it as a blessing.

Because now I know exactly where I stand.

I know I've made some bold claims:

🔥 The Highest Level of BBQ Possible
🔥 Over 72,900 BBQ sauce combinations
🔥 A future lineup featuring 127 different flavors of smoke

It seems like the world wants to stick to Texas, Memphis, Kansas City, and Carolina styles.

I respect all of them.

But I've never been interested in doing what everyone else is doing.

The mentality of "that's how it's always been done" leads to stagnation.

Not innovation.

Not improvement.

Just more of the same.

For those who see me as competition...

For those who think the future vision is impossible...

You better pray to God that The Devil is a liar. 😈🔥

Because if I'm not...

We're just getting started.

My only focus is the growth of my business and the success that comes with it.

Bigfoot's: First time on base by himself, the military will love him. 10:30-8pm at Express. Hill AFB Exchange

Lucifer Morningstar will be at the Utah American Legion Post 129 Ogden Valley from 11:30-8pm.

I will be working on the entire month schedule for June later today.

🔥 When Are You Going To Franchise? 🔥
I get asked more and more when I'm going to franchise.
I've even had franchise companies reach out and tell me:
👉 "You have something that would be killer to franchise."
And maybe they're right.
But my vision has always been a little different.
I'm not looking for someone to invest some money and then get rich off the backs of employees.
That's never been the goal.
Whether we're operating:
🚚 Food Trucks
🚗 Drive-Thrus
🍺 Sports Bars
🔥 Restaurants
My goal is to pay employees:
👉 A minimum of $20 per hour on the sales side
OR
👉 30% of gross revenue divided among the employees working that shift
Whichever is higher.
Right now?
The employees are making more.
And honestly, that's exactly how I want it.
I've never understood why some businesses view labor as a problem.
To me, labor is the people helping build the future.
The people serving customers.
The people showing up when it's hot, cold, raining, snowing, or when things get difficult.
We'll let the competition complain about labor costs.
We'll choose to pay more.
Because hardworking people deserve to be rewarded.
And lazy ones?
Well...
They probably won't work for The Devil. 😈🔥
The future I'm building isn't just about BBQ.
It's about creating opportunities for people who are willing to work hard, take pride in what they do, and help build something bigger than themselves.
And if we do that right—
Everyone wins.
