We have had a few questions, so Just to clarify a few of them for the Trail Ride at our venue on Halloween weekend:
•the ride will be on the backroads off of the grounds of the venue
•you must provide your own horse
•we will have you sign a waiver
•the ride will be approximately 12 miles with a lunch break in between- once you leave the venue, you will not arrive back until approximately 3:00pm-4:00pm
•You will need to purchase a wristband to be on the ride & at the dance
•Doors to the venue will open at 4:00pm on Saturday for music(there will be nothing on the grounds at the venue before 4:00pm while the ride is taking place)
•Ride leaves promptly at 9:00am so please arrive early enough for check ins
•There will be portolets on a wagon on the ride
•lunch and drinks will be sold on the ride
•4 Awards will be given to those who complete the ride: the Youngest horseback Rider, the Oldest horseback Rider, the rider who traveled the furthest to get to the event and the best wagon! 🥇
•Feel free to wear a costume for Halloween, but it is not necessary!

Feel free to contact any of the numbers listed with any questions!
Admission will be $20 for anyone going on the ride and this also gives you a weekend pass to the dance on both nights!
If you only want to come for the music then it will be $10 per day/person or $20 weekend pass!
📌Everyone will need a wristband on the trailride(trail bosses will be checking for this)
📌You will need a wristband to enter the building for the dance.
📌Campers plan to voluntarily hand out candy to the kiddos on Saturday, so if you are primitive camping, bring candy 😉!
📌We will be selling tickets for hamburger meals for the lunch on the ride- stay tuned for preorders.🤗
📌We will be selling tickets for drinks on the ride.
📌Please No Glass bottles for this event
📌Ride will be leaving promptly at 9:00am on the Saturday!
📌Costumes are not mandatory but feel free to wear one!
