I know having routines is so β€œduh” when it comes to mental health and quality of life, but truly creating routines for me has completely changed my life. I do the same thing every morning, same small things everyday to keep me on track with my long term goals, and the same thing every night so I can prioritize sleep. It’s made me a better person, wife, mom, and hopefully this helps you prioritize creating routines in your life.
