And was honored to host one burlesque Golden Legends Champion Challenge participant as she prepared to Bling up Las Vegas

We’re celebrating National Dog Day with official Red Light mascot, Marvin Renee! If you catch him at the studio throw him a ball and never stop. This little old man deserves all the pup cups from High Hopes down the street.

We’re so proud of our Troost Ave address and the successful small business neighbors all around us.

On Friday, Brandon Calloway will lead a 10-mile walk to showcase 24 Black-owned businesses along Troost Avenue, challenging decades-old stigmas about Kansas City’s former racial dividing line.

BIG NEWS!!! 🤩🤩🤩

WE HAVE BIG NEWS! Starting next week, August 6th, Kansas City Swingout has a permanent home: at 55th and Troost! We’ll still be dancing every Wednesday from 7 to 9:30, with a 30 minute beginner lesson to start, but we will no longer be moving locations weekly. This does mean we will be charging at the door - but we will have tiered prices, or you can reach out to us for volunteer opportunities to attend for free! Our tiers are:

The Attendee: 5$
The Lindyhopper: 10$
The Sponsor: 15$
The Shut-Up-And-Take-My-Money: $20

We can’t wait to celebrate this q***r, local, art-centered space with you all!
