Yesterday, we competed in our first-ever Rib Cook Off Association competition, hosted by Kevin Heese and at English Landing Park in Parkville. What an incredible event! With more than 40 teams in attendance—including heavy hitters, BBQ legends, Hall of Famers, and some of the best BBQ family around—it was an honor to be part of it.

We had a solid cook overall. Our Hunsaker Smokers rperformed flawlessly as always, and B&B Charcoal l provided the clean, consistent heat that helps us do what we do.

We were happy with most of our turn-ins, with the exception of our second rib entry, which finished about where we expected. No calls for us this weekend, but we landed right in the middle of the pack against an absolutely stacked field. We'll take that and keep building.

A huge congratulations to our friends at American Fire BBQ on their Grand Championship and Jdqbbq on their Reserve Grand Championship!
