New feature-rich updates for the SmartMic Karaoke system:
Members page New "Tonight" tab shows signed-in members at the current show; all members searchable; tapping any member opens a full profile modal with their favorites, song history, media gallery, social links, tip links, follow/message actions.
Lyrics fallback in song search The search prompt now tells the AI to match lyrics too, so typing "just a small town girl" will find "Don't Stop Believin'."
Admin queue member search "Add Singer" now opens a member search; selecting a member auto-populates their name and shows their favorites first, then song history, so you can pick a song with one tap.
Venue analytics dashboard New "Stats" tab in Admin showing total signups, singers served, unique singers, songs with KV links, coupons issued/redeemed, and free drinks tracked per night.
Coupon system New "Deals" tab with full coupon creation (typed code, QR, or barcode), trackable uses, enable/disable, and CSV export for reports.
Free Drink on the DJ Same "Deals" tab lets you search a member and push a free drink coupon with unique code + QR; member gets notified instantly; all tracked.
DJ Tipping Profile now has Venmo/CashApp/PayPal link fields; tip bar shows on both the song search page and queue page for all users to see.
Added a three-dot menu on each singer row in the queue with a "Buy a Drink" option that opens a voucher popup with the singer's name, a unique code, and timestamp ready to show the bartender.
Home screen Three main options: "Sing Karaoke" (queue), "Request a Song to Hear" (DJ request), and "Become a Member" plus your QR code displayed for scanning.
In terminal view:
Name entry with member search Typing searches existing members; selecting one requires entering their email to verify identity; they can also continue as a guest.
Member auto-logout After submitting a song, the session resets back to the home screen.
Song request mode Separate flow for requesting songs to hear (not karaoke), sends notification to DJ admins, shows tip area with DJ's Venmo/CashApp/PayPal QR links after submission.
Membership signup Shows QR code linking to djmickc.com/bestkaraokekc website, lists member benefits, and directs them to search their name if already signed up.
DJ tip bar Visible on the queued confirmation screen, song request flow, and confirmed-ready screen.
DJ Profile Settings New "Venues" and "DJ Settings" tabs in Profile for admin/karaoke_admin users. Venues have hero images, show times, day of week, address. DJ Settings include tip bump toggle ($ per position, max positions) and "Sing Next" priority pricing.
Venue Management DJs manage their own venues from both Profile and the new "Venues" tab in Admin Dashboard. Each venue is scoped to the DJ's profile ID.
Custom/Temporary Venues "Quick Add Temporary Venue" button in the Night tab lets DJs create a one-off venue for pop-up shows.
DJ Profile at Top of Queue Customers see the DJ's photo, name, social links, tip links, weekly schedule, and bio at the top of the Rotation tab.
"Sing Next" Priority When DJ sets a price, customers see a gold "⚡ Sing Next $X" banner on the song search screen with DJ tip links to pay.
DJ-Scoped Members Admin member search shows "My Regulars" (previously served members) vs "All Members" toggle, so DJs find their frequent singers faster. Members' profiles are global any DJ can search all members.
Night DJ Tracking Nights now store which DJ is hosting, so the correct DJ profile shows to customers.
Pricing Page (/Pricing) Sales page with tabs for DJ, Venue & Singer plans, pricing tiers, feature lists, and links to demos.
Plan Details Page (/PlanDetails) Deep-dive breakdown of each plan's features with demo CTAs.
Demo Photographer (/DemoPhotographer) Interactive demo showing the photographer dashboard with mock orders, packages, and earnings.
Demo Venue (/DemoVenue) Interactive demo showing the venue dashboard with a fake queue, specials, coupons, and stats.
Support Page (/Support) Help page that encourages users to try the AI chatbot first, then lets them submit a formal support ticket; shows their ticket history.
Support Admin Page (/SupportAdmin) Admin dashboard for managing support tickets — resolve, send messages, add notes, and track status.
SupportTicket Entity New database entity with full lifecycle tracking (open → in_progress → resolved → closed), admin notes, resolution messages, and user feedback ratings.
Superadmin Role New superadmin role added to the User entity with elevated access across all admin pages, member management, and support ticket handling.
Navigation Updates:
"Help" link added to the bottom nav bar for all users
"Tickets" link added to the admin header bar (for superadmin/admin)
All admin pages now recognize the superadmin role
Pricing CTA banner added to the PublicKaraoke home page
Photographer Role — A photographer user role was added, with dedicated access controls throughout the app.
Photographer Dashboard (/PhotographerDashboard) — A full management interface where photographers can:
Toggle active/checked-in status (on/off shift)
View and manage incoming photo orders
Upload delivered photos to fulfill orders
Set up service packages and pricing
Configure payment methods (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Square)
Edit their photographer profile and bio
Photo Packages (PhotoPackage entity) Three-tier system (Basic, Edited, Premium) with customizable pricing, delivery timeframes, photo counts, and branding options.
Photo Orders (PhotoOrder entity) Full order lifecycle tracking: pending payment → paid → in progress → fulfilled (or rejected/refunded), with payment method tracking and delivery management.
Request Photo Button Added to the PublicKaraoke page so singers can request photos from the active photographer while in the queue or on stage.
Request Photo Modal Lets users browse available photographer packages, select a tier, add notes, and submit a photo request with payment instructions.
Demo Photographer (/DemoPhotographer) Interactive demo page (added in the latest batch) showing prospective photographers what the dashboard looks like with mock data.
Navigation "Photos" link appears in the admin header bar for users with the photographer role.
Admin and guest in-app manuals have been updated to reflect the new features.
