I know the gas prices are disgusting right now but I have 5 top reasons why coming to 55th and Troost is worth the gas.
1) we have cinnamon rolls and orange cardamom chocolate rolls.
2) our neighbors at RevolveKC (The Bike Shop) have great deals on used bikes and they require no gas.
3) biscuits and gravy are great in any season!
4) our friends at MOC BOD have amazing lotion to keep your skin soft and Erin Fedor-Motes can get your hair styled up in time for
5) you can skip the grocery shopping and turning on the stove and grab a few meals from our grab and go fridge.
Bonus: the strawberry matcha is ALWAYS worth the drive!

We’re excited to introduce our new catering packages, made with the same love and homemade flavor you receive when you visit Lilly’s. Whether you’re planning a birthday, family gathering, office lunch, graduation, or another special event, we would love to help feed your family and friends!

Our catering packages start at **25 people** and include options such as:

🌯 Burrito Bars

🌮 Open-Shell Taco Meals

❤️ Enchilada Casseroles
🍚 Rice, beans, fideo, homemade flour tortillas, cheese dip, guacamole, and more!

Catering is available **Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday**, with Tuesday and Thursday availability by request.

Please understand that **Saturday availability is limited and prices may vary** because Lilly’s is open and Saturdays are one of our busiest days. Advance notice is highly recommended so we can make sure your order receives the time, quality, and love it deserves.

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

I also want to shed light on the undocumented victims whose lives and deaths were not always officially recognized or fully counted. Some families faced significant legal and bureaucratic hurdles in proving their loved ones’ identities, while others lived and worked in circumstances that made their presence more difficult to document.

Every life mattered. Every person had a family, a story, and a place in this world. Their immigration status did not make their lives any less valuable, and they deserve to be remembered alongside every other victim of 9/11.

May we continue to honor all who were lost and remember the humanity behind every name.

Our sweet Leo is officially competing for Baby of the Year 2026! 🏆♥️

If you know Leo, you know this little guy makes friends EVERYWHERE he goes. Whether we’re at story time, the park, the zoo, a coffee shop, or exploring Kansas City, our little social butterfly loves being out and about.

Everyone gets ONE FREE VOTE every 24 hours! Purchased votes benefit Baby2baby a nonprofit that provides necessities for babies living in poverty. Public voting is now open. Our first goal is getting Leo into the TOP 20! **❤️ A Letter From My Heart ❤️**

I have always believed that if you work hard enough, you can overcome anything.

For years, that's exactly what we've done.

We've worked long days, late nights, holidays, birthdays, and weekends because Lilly's has never been just a business to us. It has been our family's dream, our livelihood, and a place where so many of you have become family.

The road construction has impacted us more than we ever imagined. We have done everything we know to do to keep moving forward, but today, I'm choosing faith over fear.

I'm asking our community for help.

Today we're starting the **100 Friends of Lilly's Challenge.**

I'm looking for **100 people who believe in Lilly's** and are willing to give **$100** to help us keep our doors open.

This isn't an investment in a building.
