Introducing our new services: The DIY Couple Setup, Teardown & Coordination Packages! 🥂💍

Don't spend your wedding morning styling centerpieces or your wedding night hauling heavy boxes. You’ve done the hard work of planning. Now, let our team handle all of the details and heavy lifting so you can focus on the moments that matter.

We specialize in professional Logistics and Labor designed specifically for the DIY couple.

✨ Professional Setup and Teardown: starting at $450 (varies by guest count)
We bring your vision to life in the morning and return at midnight to pack every box. Our goal is to make sure your family can head straight to the after-party without a to-do list in hand.

✨ Decor Transport and Delivery: $175 flat fee
We pick up your decor bins the week of the wedding and drop them back off to you the day after. We take the logistics off your plate so you don't have to worry about cramming boxes into personal vehicles.

✨ Event Day Management: $150 per hour (minimum of 4 hours)
If you need a professional set of hands to oversee the flow of the day, we are here to help. From greeting vendors to ensuring the ceremony begins on time, we provide expert support for the exact window of time you need us.

🎁 The Complete DIY Bundle
When you book all three services, we offer a bundled discount. We will handle the transport, the setup, the management, and the teardown so you can truly be a guest at your own wedding.

✨ Hi friends, it’s been a while since I’ve popped on here with a proper introduction, so here we go! I’m Deidra Azam, the planner and heart behind Blue Magnolia Weddings.✨

I’ve always believed weddings are about more than just one day. They’re about creating meaningful experiences, telling love stories through design, and making sure every moment feels effortless for my couples. Over the years, I’ve fallen in love with building genuine relationships — not just with my clients, but also with the incredible vendors I get to collaborate with. There’s nothing better than leading a team of talented creatives and watching everything come together like magic. ✨

One of my favorite parts of this business is the people I meet along the way. From the first consultation to the final dance floor moment, each couple brings a story worth celebrating, and I’m so grateful to play a role in it.

When your photographer and videographer arrive, your only focus should be relaxing and getting ready, not gathering accessories. That’s where the Blue Magnolia Weddings team steps in.

How We Make It Seamless
✨We Handle the Setup: You simply set aside one small box containing everything you want captured (invitation suite, rings, vow books, etc.).

✨We Take Over: We talk directly to the photography team to set the timing.

✨We Coordinate: We work with the florist to ensure extra blooms/greenery are delivered straight to your room for the styling.

This approach ensures your flat-lay shots look professional and magazine-worthy without pulling you away from prep.

These detail photos matter to us because they matter to you. When you prep the box, we put the time into the timeline and manage the vendors. Your only job is to stay calm and enjoy your beautiful morning!
