You've done the reflective work. You're learning to live your truth, so why does what someone else thinks still trip us up?

Not all opinions are created equal. Most arrive uninvited — projections dressed up as assistance, judgments wearing the costume of care. Those don't belong to you and aren't a part of your truth.

But other opinions come through a different door. The feedback you've invited that comes from people who have earned your trust to hold up a mirror. Those can show you insights you genuinely cannot see from the inside.

Someone who decides that no outside opinion can touch them isn't free. They're just blind to what they can't see and missing the incredible value of a beneficial perspective.

Most of us were taught to look at what people lack rather than what they carry. To diagnose. To advise. To fix. And we've gotten so good at it that we rarely stop to ask — whose healing am I actually avoiding right now?

This Sunday we're sitting with a question that came directly out of last week's conversation: Am I conditioned to be judgmental? Not as self-criticism — as honest inquiry into the language we use, the assumptions we carry, and the ways solutionism and saviorism become substitutes for our own deconditioning.
