MISSION: WIN DINNER AND DRINKS FOR 4

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to have fun creating an engaging post that will be used to help make Kansas City a safer and better place. Entries will be placed in a drawing for food and drinks at The Westport Saloon and Eat Me Gourmet.

Main Prize (2 winners selected for best posts)
Each winner will receive dinner and drinks for 4 people at

Secondary Prize (2 winners selected from people who only complete steps 1 and 2)

3. Write an engaging, compelling post on the KCATA - The Metro page on "Why the Kansas City 'Ride KC' buses should create an entertainment route". This route will run on Friday and Saturday nights, linking most of the city's entertainment districts.

Mission Route Details:

Round trip from Zona Rosa to City Market to Power & Light to Crown Center (Street Car) to Martini Corner to Westport to The Plaza to Brookside to Waldo to Watts Mill to Rosanna Square

Mission Goals:

Convince our City Council and the Ride KC planners that this is a viable idea
Increase revenues for our hard-working service industry employees and the great city we live in.
Increase tourism
Prevent drunk driving

Friday the 31st party starts at 7pm we will have door prizes, custom koozies, bobbing for bottles on the patio, Mini Corndog Eating Contest ( for the Grand Prize ) and Scotty Eggleson LIVE on the patio all night.

Wednesday at 10:00 Am at City Hall a group of four city councilmen will hear reasons to do away with the silly 'liquor cards,' KCMO demands each employee have in their possession. If you want to see this happen be there.

This is a grass roots effort to abolish the liquor card and its fee in Kansas City. Everyone deserves the right to go to work for free in America.
