Not only do we have host private events but open to the public events/festival too! We start the year off in April with Spring Round Up, followed by Goat Yoga and our beloved pumpkin season in October.

After years of taking incredible care of our clients, Carina is officially passing the baton to Piper after this week. And while we’re going to miss her like crazy, it’s been so special watching her prepare and encourage Piper for this new role. 🤠

The clipboard, walkie, nametag, and business cards are easy to hand off. The care for people, calm in the chaos, and heart of hospitality behind what we do? Piper already has that.

Our clients are in very good hands.🙌

Two weeks before their event, Mattie Rhodes Center reached out looking for a meaningful way to bring their staff together. Their leadership prioritized connection, fresh air, laughter, and time away from the everyday!

Help us give a big HOWDY to the newest member of the ranch team… Myah! 🤠

Myah has joined us as the new Event Assistant and we’re so excited to have her on board. She’s a proud University of Central Missouri Mule, met her husband during her time there, and is now a busy mom to their one year old son!

A few things to know about Myah: she loves Dr Pepper, is a die-hard Swiftie, and loves true crime so much she even attended CrimeCon in 2023!

We’re thrilled to have her helping create memorable events at the ranch. Be sure to give her a warm Faulkner’s welcome in the comments! 🤍

This crew made the trip all the way from Joplin to kick off their annual employee “Day of Fun” with Ranch Chores Team Building at the ranch today. 🤠 And safe to say… they understood the assignment! Some of them chose to wear their Western wear, but ALL of them brought their team spirit!

Getting your team off-site changes things. Walls come down, and coworkers start seeing each other as people, not just job titles. That kind of connection carries back into the workplace long after the event is over!

At Faulkner’s, we’ve built our field trips to be easy on teachers and full of hands-on fun for kids. From guided scarecrow tours and wagon rides to the petting farm, pumpkin picking, and even a 55-ft caterpillar crawl-through…there’s plenty to explore!

Some people leave big boots to fill… and Carina sure does!
Our quarterly Power Day meeting turned into something extra special as we celebrated her 7 incredible years at the ranch. Carina has been a huge part of what makes this place feel like home, and looking around the table—seeing everyone smiling, laughing, and reminiscing, it was clear just how special she is to all of us.
