The peonies are still putting on a beautiful show 🌸

For a limited time, Verdant stores are stocked with “Peonies en masse” in arrangements, and grab-and-go “Fleur du jour” bouquet wraps. While supplies last.

Our growers carefully harvested every peony in the “marshmallow stage” and carefully store them to ensure the longest vase life possible — allowing each bloom to slowly open into the full, ruffled beauty we wait all year for.

And yes… they smell just as incredible as they look.

This Saturday & Sunday at Verdant / BOGO flower bundles & local garden roses 🤍

What makes these roses special?

Grown locally by — “The roses are grown in a garden we designed on the side of an old to***co barn. They are free of chemicals, and we focus on soil health and biodiversity to keep them healthy. In addition to the roses, we have hydrangeas, strawberries, iris, hellebore, quince, daffodils, and a number of other flowers and shrubs interplanted between the roses. Most of what we planted are English shrub roses and English climbing roses from the breeder David Austin, because they tend to be more disease resistant and I love the color and fullness of the blooms.”

Tall, wispy gray-green stems covered in miniature, pale green balloon-like pods veined with blush. As pods mature they open to reveal snow-white petals.
