Heartland Queer Project Our Project: Create Queer Parties that support Queer Communities. How We Do It
Heartland Queer Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.

Our Mission
To create experiences for the queer community and their allies with proceeds benefiting local organizations who support the health, wellness and quality of life for the LGBTQIA+ community in the Heartland of America. We sponsor fundraising events that support essential LGBTQIA+ services through proceeds generate from events produced by our organization. Why We Do It
Established in 2021

, HQP was the vision of a group of friends who sought to create unique queer experiences, to build community within the diverse Heartland LGBTQIA+ populace and support organizations that align with our mission. We are a small group of unpaid volunteers who enjoy partying with purpose. Our core values are Love, Inclusivity, Philanthropy, and Safe Spaces.

In the spirit of giving thanks, we’d like to extend a special thank you to the heartland LGBTQIA+ community. ***rproject endeavors to create places and spaces for Q***r Magic, and we are so grateful for your support.

We are happy to announce that funds raised through ticket sales and sponsorships, and expenses offset through in-kind donations, allowed us to increase our contribution to our event beneficiaries, almost doubling last year’s totals.
