This year has been a transformative journey. My daddy has been in and out of the hospital, bravely undergoing chemo, dialysis, and more. I received a call from the nurse last night that my daddy's condition had gotten worse. At 4:10 this morning, my daddy peacefully transitioned. I was blessed to spend his final moments with him and express my love. I know he's now my guardian angel, watching over my Mom and me with eternal love.

We had a last minute change of plans. I was bringing my daddy home with no hassle. He was scheduled to be home at 11 this morning. I will take care of him until the last minute. But God!!!!!! We are all very tired. God decided to give us a break and we have him at hospice care. It's a blessing either way to take care of him or visit with him while someone else monitors his care. If anyone wants to visit him please private message me.

We finally did get the results back concerning the bone marrow test. So much is going on with my daddy's health that we are taking everything one day at a time. My daddy is really tired. His body is exhausted from all the tests, blood work, dialysis, congestive heart failure, leukemia, and the list goes on. He's finally getting some rest. When he wakes up he talks about some crazy stuff but if you know me I joke with him about the aliens and bugs he thought he saw. At this point we have decided to put everything in God's hands. No more tests, or blood work, or dialysis. Unfortunately my daddy can't take much more physically. My mother and I both are extremely tired as well. This is very hard on all of our family. My boys and daughter-in-laws came to visit us last night for support. I'm asking very politely please please give my mom a little time before anyone overloads her with phone calls or questions. You are more than welcome to reach out to me for any answers. Hopefully everyone understands that we are allowing my daddy to rest without anymore pain. He has endured so much that it's time to let go. We are pushing for him to go to a Hospice care facility. If that doesn't work out I will bring him home with me for his short term duration left. We are heartbroken and we love him very much. Thank you all so much for all your prayers.

In between running to the hospital, running to do a catering, back home, and back to the hospital. Today has been full. But who can say no to my favorite school. Basketball Banquet for JV and Varsity men's and ladies teams. The usual Parmesan Crusted Chicken , mashed potatoes, corn, salad, and apple crisp.

A beautiful day for a baby shower!! Sandwiches, spinach dip, buffalo chicken dip, fruits, veggies, and a ton of other food choices. These are the parties we really get to show some creativity. I love it.

I just wanted to express my opinion on something that has happened. My husband and I are good people. We don't take advantage of anyone. We have continuously tried to give 100% no matter what is going on in our life. But at this time we are having to make some major decisions and changes. Our lives have changed tremendously over the past few months. We are all doing too much with no break. A lot of you are going through your own difficulties. It's not just my husband and I. So we will be stepping back from a few obligations due to more responsibilities we are having to take on. Once we get our ducks in a row I will let you know what our plans will be.

The military ball was a success. This year was a little different because we didn't get to go to the church where it's normally held. So we had to do a lot of improvising and moving tables to get the best flow of 250 kids wanting to eat at the same time. Chicken wings, sliders, Mac and cheese, and tons of other snacks. Always a pleasure to be a part of this function every year.

We were at my favorite school today. It was an honor to be a part of the Cheerleading banquet. The staff, cheerleaders, and their parents had Parmesan Crusted Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Salad, and Apple Crisp. Always a good time.
