So we have had a really busy morning. I love being able to cook and see people get so happy. This morning we started with a drop off catering at Mt. Pleasant Middle School. Breakfast of sausage, eggs, bacon, grits, gravy, and biscuits. Then we kicked it up a notch and went to Hickory Ridge and served lunch. Parmesan crusted chicken, pot roast, Mac and cheese, green beans, and their favorite apple crisp . Happy Happy Happy 😁.
