We are now just 18 days from opening night!!! Be sure to secure your tickets early - our last 3 weekends tend to sell out for Fridays/Saturdays. We turned away 100's of guests each night due to sold out nights. Remember Friday and Saturday tickets MUST be purchased online:

We have been getting some questions on a regular basis - So here are some quick answers to help out:
What is a no-scare night, and how much is it? The No-Scare night is just that, no scare actors, no animatronics. Just sounds, and lights. Guests can go through at their own pace. Price is $10 per person, 5 & Under free.

Does the $20 only cover one haunt? NO - The $20 ticket includes all the haunted attractions. It does not include the midway attractions, they are $5 per attraction except our new 10-Minute escape game which is $10 per person. Food trucks run independently and have their own prices.

Will you be open on Halloween? Yes, for the 2026 season we will be open on Halloween, we generally take Halloween off for family, but we will be open this year for our regular show.

When is your last day this season? November 1st will be the last night of the season. This is our special one night only "Black Out" event. It is limited to just 400 tickets.

Does the fast Pass get you in immediately? NO - The fast past is not a guranteed instant entry, it does however shorten your wait time significantly. Fast pass holders are the first groups to be let in for their time slot, followed by general admission.

The Manor is waking up.......

We have made it on another list!!! We are hard at work finishing up all the new additions, we just had our first actor training night, and our creatures are ready to be let loose!!!! Opening night is Oct 2nd!!!!! Get your tickets now!!

Southwest Michigan's got some serious Halloween options, including Erebus in Pontiac, one of the state's most famous haunted attractions, plus Nightmare Realm over in Mattawan with a story-driven horror experience.

Tomorrow is the first day of September....which means we are just 32 days away from opening weekend......it also means you might want to stay tuned for a chance at finding one of our coffin prize boxes throughout the month!! We have had a few spots open up on the team - If you are reliable, and can commit to the season, we are looking to fill 4 spots!! 18 & up preferred, willing to go 16 & up if a parent or legal guardian attends at least one training day, and they don't have school activities that would hinder their availability.
