Had the most wonderful interruption to my “slow season” here with Leila and Jay’s wedding. We hardly could’ve asked for better January weather, and the fresh dusting of snow the day prior had everything outdoors looking like the perfect winter wonderland. Congratulations to them both, and a thousand thanks for having me a part of it!

😍 I’m so excited for these two!
It’s pretty cool when you can call people both your family and your friends. Jay and Leila are the real deal and their future is looking so bright. Such a surreal moon on this October night. 🌕

🌿Mamma’s Dress🌿
This was more than just a photo shoot for me and my sister, as our mamma has been battling the life stealing disease of dementia and we both have been trying to navigate the slow loss of a mother. Her dress just sat in a old box for years and we had no idea what to do with it, until my incredibly talented sis said let’s do a sister date/photo shoot! So we took the day off and headed to the mountains. We cried, laughed and just had the best time ever getting this old gown out of that box for a day!
