I'm in a brand new city and I wanna work it from the ground up!!! ✋🏾

I wanna climb my way up. Learn the city. Earn that grit!!! 💯

I am finding myself personally AND professionally, and it hurts as much as it helps!!! 👌🏾

With that being said ......I have decided to step away from any Chef roles and responsibilities and become a COOK again!!!!! 👩🏾‍🍳

I am elated to explore Detroit's EVER EXPANDING Culinary Scenes. 😁

Faculty at Le Cordon Bleu kept REQUESTING my food AND the PRESIDENT of LCB threw me my FIRST ACTUAL CATERING/COOKING DEMONSTRATION EVENT in a BEAUTIFULLY, NEWLY built kitchen!!!

Man, that $300 check cracked it all off for ya gurl 😘
