We’ve had a busy week already at the pantry, including selling out of everything on Monday! You don’t want to miss our Beef Kabobs, the featured meal on Wednesday, 9/30. Our kabobs include filet of beef, roasted peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and zucchini served over wild rice. This is a great gluten free option. We will NOT be serving tossed salad today and will be using bagged ice and filtered water for our dine in guests. The advisory is expected to be lifted today. For those of you who have been missing our Stuffed Chicken Breast your wait is over! It is our featured meal for tomorrow, Thursday September 17. You’ll get a boneless, skinless chicken breast stuffed with a spinach-ricotta filling. Topped with an herb sauce and served with wild rice, a fresh vegetable, salad, roll and pie for dessert. It feels like Wednesday… all day long… which featured Chicken Piccata so beautifully prepared I’m going to share a pic of that meal so you can make sure to watch for its next menu appearance! For today, which is THURSDAY, we are offering Chicken Enchiladas as our feature of the day. Again, these have been prepared and packaged exactly in The Ample Pantry tradition, by our very own Andrea. She has stepped up to fill the critical void of our cook position and is knocking it out of the park. I am so relieved and pleased to see (and taste) the excellence, consistency, and quality in every entree that leaves our building. I’m so proud of her, thank you Andrea!
Meanwhile, as we transition to the new fall season, Sue Ellen is busy baking delicious pumpkin cookies! These will be served as part of our dessert options with each meal and can be ordered by the dozen! 🍁🍂

It’s Turkey dinner day! Each dinner includes thick slices of roasted turkey breast, hand peeled and mashed potatoes, house made gravy from the turkey juices, baked buttered carrots, tossed salad with house made dressing, fresh baked roll with butter, and dessert! (We make our stuffing from scratch, hand pulling loaves of bread and chopping the celery and onions, mixed with traditional spices.)
