As wedding planners, we often are asked about how to enhance guest experience. Here are a few ideas to help your guests feel appreciated and comfortable on your wedding day:

1) Meaningful Wedding Favors: we love local products that are useful such as Kona Coffee, Hawaiian Honey, or luggage tags.
2) Shade: Consider adding parasols, fans or larger umbrellas to your ceremony decor to help keep guests comfortable in the Hawaiian sun.
3) Food and Beverage: Be sure to have water or a cocktail available to guests on arrival! We love a passed welcome drink to avoid a bar line.
4) Entertainment: Consider adding live music, hula or a fire knife performance to the day for something unexpected.
5) Interactivity: Create opportunities for guests to be interactive such as a unique guestbook or seating chart idea.
