Made Protein Espresso, Almond Banana Cookies today!! Cleaning up the diet to get ready for the Collegiate Master Figure/Physique in July. Not that it was that bad. But....creating a new menu that you constantly have to taste and learning how to cook pizza (someone has to do it!) is challenging! Will power kicking in!!! I have done it before. May 1st it will be tightened up more, June 1st is go time!!

They provide quality guitars to soldiers recovering from life changing trauma at the Warrior Transition Unit, Fort Lionard Wood Arm Base, Mo.
