Hubby said before we left for Hawaii - "You guys just relax we'll be in Hawaii 🌺 it should be so easy..." 😐 - famous last words. Are you kidding?! We're the wedding planners! We can't relax! It's no easy task to get to this exact moment (and on time). So much coordination behind the scenes it literally makes our heads spin. But all of that plus the long hours, late changes, and hours of hot and humid outdoor setup were all worth it for this picture perfect moment with these two in paradise...🌴💕🌈🤙🏼🌴

to when I did a 16-hour Indian wedding ALL.BY.MYSELF. 🤦🏻‍♀️😭
An unforgettable wedding for many reasons but what stands out is how much my couple trusted me to coordinate and execute their wedding day even though I had never done an Indian wedding! Gaining a couple's trust is so important to me. We can plan every detail as best we can but there will be unexpected events that can make our job challenging. There will always be a "first" for us because every wedding is different, but handling each event professionally and exceeding our couple's expectations is what we strive for - so bring it! 👊🏼😉
On a side note - congrats to these two as they are expecting their first baby! 😘😘

I think this little one kinda stole his Mommy's thunder - just for a moment...😂

If you're worried about little ones going down the aisle - don't! We always have a back up plan if they suddenly get stage fright or just didn't get their nap time. We know it's a hectic day and it definitely can throw off anybody's normal routine. We like to pair them with other little ones to all walk down together and make sure Mom or Dad are close by with snacks, toys, and blankie in hand...😬

TGIF! We made it through another week! What are your plans? There's so much going on this weekend in the Bay! Am I the only one when there's a free weekend we want to do everything, but don't feel like doing anything?
