Practice like you’re performing.
Treat every lesson and practice session like a mini performance. The more seriously and energetically you rehearse, the more natural it feels under pressure. Get into the habit of projecting your movements and your emotion every time you dance. This will help your technique hold up when the adrenaline kicks in during showcases or competitions. Every practice is dress rehearsal for your best dance moments!
