This may be the last of having plates available during the week. PCS season was really rough this year as it is every 3 years, and I really cannot afford to keep throwing away so much food and paying DoorDash 30% of what I'm bringing in to top it off. I missed cooking and providing something a little different, but for me there may no longer be a market for it, and thats ok. We all know how awful the economy is for a lot of people right now, myself included! Catering and sweets are doing quite well, so I am still blessed to be in business.
Maybe this is just God telling me for probably the 1000th time I'm doing too much 🤣
