In my quiet time this morning this scripture came into my spirit. Yesterday my Dad had someone speak something negative over his ans his entire family's life and it troubled him. I also have a great friend who was dealing with some evil troubles on yesterday and while praying this morning the scripture that came to me is PSALMS 91:1-6

"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High, Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty, I will say of the LORD, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust'”.
This verse describes the choice to trust in the Lord, the Most High, who is the highest authority/ power. The verse also says that the Lord will protect from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. The verse continues, "He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler".
The verse also says that one should not be afraid of the terror by night, nor for the arrow that flies by day, nor for the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor for the destruction that lays waste at noonday.
Some say that the verse promises protection against disease, terror, and the powers of darkness.
