Responsibilities include:
-Lead and facilitate engaging games, activities, and events tailored to diverse guest groups, including children and families.
-Manage event setups, ensuring all equipment and materials are prepared for seamless ex*****on.
-Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and assisting with game instructions or event details.
-Handle guest conflicts or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive atmosphere.
-Oversee point of sale system handling during ticket sales or merchandise transactions with accuracy and integrity.
-Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including supervising guest behavior and responding swiftly to emergencies if needed.
-Collaborate with team members to create themed events or special programs that enhance the guest experience.
Skills:
-Experience in events management or coordinating group activities to ensure smooth operations.
-Strong conflict management skills with the ability to resolve issues tactfully and efficiently.
-Excellent customer service and guest services skills to foster a welcoming environment.
-Cash handling experience demonstrating accuracy and trustworthiness during transactions.
Working with children and experience engaging young guests effectively and responsibly.
-Public speaking abilities to confidently lead groups and communicate instructions clearly.
-Background in food service or hospitality enhances your ability to serve guests professionally in a resort or entertainment setting.
-Theater or performance experience is beneficial for creating lively, engaging interactions that captivate audiences.
