Good morning. I recently ordered some flowers for my wife. Unfortunately, the roses were not healthy and died within a couple of days. We called Paul and he was so gracious about this situation. To our total surprise, he resent our order with fresh flowers, which were so beautiful.
To his credit, Paul is a responsible and caring owner, something you don't see in our money-hungry world.

Is it weird that I have lived in Colorado 25 years and your number is still in my phone...still order local from Palmers Florist after all this time for folks back home !!
Not even close. I understand the need for “substitutions” given the current climate of things. But this is an entirely different, far less expensive arrangement. Terribly disappointed with this quality.
