🚨🚨Long Post 🚨🚨

The last 4–5 years have humbled me in ways I never expected.

Most people see the food.
The grind.
The hustle.
The smiles.

What they didn’t see was what was happening behind the scenes.

Hospital visits.
Collapsing episodes.
Shortness of breath.
Extreme fatigue.
Leg pain.
Medication changes.
Waiting on answers.

Being diagnosed with sarcoidosis.
Dealing with A-fib.
And still walking through unresolved health issues that doctors are trying to figure out.

There were days I didn’t recognize my own body. It’s hard when your mind wants to go 100 but your body forces you to slow down.

As a man.
As a husband.
As a provider.

That reality changes you.

But here’s what I know. God has kept me. Through every test, every scare, every unknown, He has carried me. And I trust that He will continue to direct my path.

This season forced me to listen to my body instead of fighting it. To advocate for myself. To slow down and rebuild the right way.

I’m not done.

From here on out, I’ll be posting my meals daily. Not just because I cook, but because I’m rebuilding. If my journey can encourage even one person to take their health seriously, it’s worth it.

Johnny T’s will be stronger than ever.
