Two grazing boards I did for a realtors broker open house this morning. Almost identical ingredients, except for the main cheeses (truffle Gouda vs. Brie), styled quite differently. Which one would you choose for your party? I know which one I prefer, but I’m curious what you think?

Some meals are fancy. And some just hit 🥑 Homemade sourdough, perfectly ripe avocado, flaky salt, cracked pepper…. And the satisfaction of making it at home instead of paying brunch prices 😎🤓 What’s it missing? Everything seasoning? A runny egg? Red pepper flakes? Or nothing at all.

A simple little spread for a client who was hosting family for a funeral but didn’t have it on her heart to even think about feeding them. And she shouldn’t have to. And she didn’t. Honored to have been able to take just one burden off her shoulders this weekend. 👩🏼‍🍳💛🥭🥕

It’s artichoke season!! Raise your hand if you’ve ever purchased an artichoke 🙋🏼‍♀️ Not like canned artichoke hearts or artichokes on a pizza or in a salad… but like from the produce section, you brought it home, trimmed it, steamed it, and ate it with a beautiful aioli?! Or does this guy scare you? You have no idea what to do with it?! I’m afraid to add it to any of my menus because I’m afraid you wouldn’t know how to eat it! Tell me I’m living under a rock and everyone knows how to eat it.
