Good morning 😃. A few hours updates for the next week:

Today, Tuesday, June 16th, our hours are 7 am to 6 pm. Please place orders 30 minutes prior to close.

On Wednesday, June 17th, we close at 3 pm for our son's CTE graduation; orders are due by 2 pm.

Thursday, June 18th, we are open from 7 am to 7 pm; orders are due 30 minutes prior to close.

On Friday, June 19th, we close at 5 pm for graduation parties; orders are due 30 minutes prior.

We will be closed on Saturday, June 20th, due to several catering orders and graduation parties. Pre-placed orders will be ready at the agreed time. New catering orders must be placed by Wednesday, June 17th. Next week, we will finalize our hours for the last week of graduation celebrations.

Additionally, we are reminding you that we'll be closed June 28 through July 6 for our annual Fourth of July vacation. Once again we thank you for always supporting our small family business and being patient as we navigate family time and celebrating our children's big life moments.

We have run out of subs and are almost out of salads for Friday, June 12. Please keep in mind that we will not open until tomorrow at 9 AM and we will have no fryer or oven availability. Please call any other orders in well in advance.

Important : Saturday Update June 13th

Due to several large catering events on Saturday, June 13, we will not be opening until 9:00 AM.

Please note that there will be NO FRYER FOODS available all day Saturday as our kitchen will be fully dedicated to fulfilling catering orders.

We also cannot stress enough how important it is to call your orders in early. There will only be two of us working, and these large catering events require a significant amount of preparation and attention throughout the day.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support of our small family business. As always, we’ll do our best to serve everyone as quickly as possible!

As of today, Wednesday, June 10th, our stock of sub rolls and salads is limited. To guarantee availability, we recommend placing orders promptly, even for later pickups. Orders will be accepted until 5:30 PM, with pickups permitted until 6:00 PM or until supplies last.

As summer party season and graduation celebrations kick into high gear, we wanted to repost our business hours and explain one of our policies.

We stop taking ALL walk-in and phone orders 30 minutes prior to closing time. We know this can occasionally be frustrating, but please know it is not done to inconvenience anyone.

What many people don't see is that our workday doesn't end when the doors close. Especially during the busy summer months, there are hours of cleaning, food preparation, stocking, and organizing that need to happen so we're ready to serve you again the next day.

Like many of you, we're also parents with children at home, and this policy helps ensure we can get home at a reasonable hour and spend some time with our family.

As the weather warms up and party season gets busier, we cannot stress this enough: PLEASE place your orders early!

We often sell out of sub rolls, salads, and other popular items throughout the summer. Even if you won't be picking up your order for several hours, calling ahead allows us to reserve what you need and helps us serve everyone more efficiently.

We truly appreciate your support, your understanding, and your business. We look forward to helping make your summer parties, graduations, cookouts, and family gatherings a success!
