🎉 Showzam (previously Johnston Invitational) Turns 30! 🎉

Johnston’s show choir invitational is celebrating 30 incredible years — and we’re already looking ahead to making this year the best one yet!

One question we often get: “How can I get involved?”
Great news — there are two ways!

✅ Weekend Volunteers (single event support):
Opportunities to help during Showzam weekend will be shared this winter.

✅ Committee Roles (2+ year commitment):
If you’re ready to dig in and help shape Showzam from behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you! There are many areas of expertise needed to make this event happen.

Parents of students in Fusion (7th), Impact (8th), Sound Advice (9th), Bella Voce (10–12th), Synergy (10–12th), and Innovation (11–12th) are encouraged to fill out our Committee Interest Form now!

Showzam 2025 was a success, and it’s because of this committee! ✅

We are beyond grateful for your energy, enthusiasm, and dedication. The countless hours of planning, the tireless efforts throughout the long weekend, and the unwavering commitment from each of you made this possible. We know you all have busy lives—careers, families, unexpected curveballs—and yet, you all showed up with so much heart and ownership in your roles. It's a level of commitment that not everyone sees, but we certainly do. We couldn’t have done it without you, and we feel so blessed to have had your support throughout this journey. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single person who played a part in making this event unforgettable.
