Getting ready for the second half of our week 😅 (and this isn’t even all of it! 🤯)

We’ve got another busy weekend ahead of us with both public and private events! If you’re craving some bbq, come see us tonight at the Sterling Booster Bash near the Sterling football field!

We’re excited to be headed to Nemaha for their Tractor Pull! Pull starts at 7 and we will be hanging out before the event starts and until we sell out!

Then, we are super excited to be catering the Pheasant’s Forever banquet in Johnson! So if you’ve been craving some delicious prime rib and want to support a great cause, come on down on Saturday night!

Just wanting to post a little update. Due to an electrical issue with our smoker, we will be delayed in arriving to the Nemaha Co. Fair in Auburn today.

Hey herd! 🐮

I am going to be packaging pulled pork and brisket today! These packages make GREAT freezer fillers for those days and nights where you need a quick meal!

I will be packaging in 1lb and 2lb packages! 📦 Brisket is currently at $18/lb and pork at $10/lb.

I will also be making up some chicken bacon ranch wraps! $8 per wrap!

We’re here and ready for our final day! Day 3️⃣!

We will be open until sold out today, so make sure to swing by for some lunch or supper!! Remember, we’re on the south side of the Fair Center Lot, in the grassy area between the two buildings!

Otoe County Fair we’ve been in full prep mode and now we’re ready for day ✌🏻!

This load was smoked and cooked for a beautiful 16 hours and taken off this morning to be hot and fresh for your enjoyment today! 🤤

We’re gearing up for an exciting week! Starting out on Wednesday we will be hanging out at TSCI in Tecumseh from 10:30am - 1:00pm 🕐! As a reminder this IS open to the public, and we park in the parking lot right in front of the main entrance!
