Thank you to everyone who braved the rain and stopped by at TSCI today!

Reminder, we will be OPEN at the Holy Cow tomorrow from 11am - 2pm! We will have our normal lunch menu, as well as a special of Bacon Wrapped Pork Skewers with Pasta Salad!

We also have some new items in our freezer! Come grab a BBQ Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese or Pulled Pork Enchiladas to make for easy meals during the week!

We’ve got a few open dates coming up both at the Holy Cow 🐄 and on the food truck! We’re also working on scheduling some more, so keep your eyes peeled 👀

Tomorrow, we will be open at the Holy Cow from 11am - 2pm serving lunch! Our special will be hot beef sandwiches with mashed potatoes and corn! 🌽 it’s finally starting to feel like fall!

We will also have our freezer stocked with packaged frozen meat and meals!

Reminiscing about this beautiful wedding last weekend 😍

So grateful that we were honored to provide not one, but two meals for this wonderful family! Thank you so much to the Oestmann family for allowing us to cater your rehearsal and wedding meals!

Just a reminder that we will be open TODAY at the Holy Cow from 11am - 7pm or until sold out! (73152 N Hwy 105, Johnson)

A little update - I do have a handful of product stocked, but my display freezer is having some trouble again so I’m not as stocked as I had hoped. But, do not fret! I am working on additional hours for the next few weeks that you’ll have a chance to come get product!

- pulled pork 🐷
- shredded chicken 🐔
- shredded beef 🥩
- brisket 🐄

I will be working on cheesy hashbrown casserole this morning to have ready by the afternoon.

‼️ We will also have a limited lunch and supper menu available!

Exciting news! We will be OPEN on Monday, 10/5 at the Holy Cow! We will be open from 11am - 7pm for both lunch and supper!

We also will be stocked up on product for purchase of pre packaged meat and sides.

Nebraska City!!

We’re headed your way this weekend for APPLEJACK!! 🍎

We’re going to be hanging out Kimmel Orchard right near the U-Pick Barn from 10am - 7pm (or until sold out) and Sunday 10am - 5pm (or until sold out)! Make sure to come out and pick some apples and check out the other great vendors and get some delicious bbq!

Getting ready for the second half of our week 😅 (and this isn’t even all of it! 🤯)

We’ve got another busy weekend ahead of us with both public and private events! If you’re craving some bbq, come see us tonight at the Sterling Booster Bash near the Sterling football field!

Tomorrow, we will be hanging out in Syracuse for the Easter & Associates Auction from 10:30am - 1:30pm! Stop on by and see us!

Over the past week or so (because I’m behind on social media posts 😅) we had the absolute honor of catering some wonderful events!

Thank you to the staff at JCC, Clint Sommerhalder, and the Nemaha Valley Pheasant’s Forever for choosing us to cater your meals! Your trust in us means everything!

Next up, Nemaha!

We’re excited to be headed to Nemaha for their Tractor Pull! Pull starts at 7 and we will be hanging out before the event starts and until we sell out!

Then, we are super excited to be catering the Pheasant’s Forever banquet in Johnson! So if you’ve been craving some delicious prime rib and want to support a great cause, come on down on Saturday night!
