After 28 years of happy service to the Tri-Cities (and indeed the nation) Alan is turning the pigs loose and retiring. We appreciate the business; we've had a great time. We'd also like to thank all the employees who worked to make Dixie great over the years. So if you want one last Dixie fix or to say goodbye to Alan-come on by! Last business day will be New Year's Eve, closing the door on 28 years at 3 pm.

Thanks to the generosity of Dixie customers, my granddaughter Mariah sold $122.00 worth of cupcakes that she actually made herself. On Monday she donated the money to Debbie Dobbs at the Washington County Johnson City Animal Shelter. This was a good experience for Mariah and I was able to incorporate a math lesson as she learned how to follow a recipe. Thanks again Dixie customers!
