Thank you in advance for scrolling though and enjoying this week's Vendor Monday! It's a celebration that we're not finished with summer here in East Tennessee yet although we see the leaves begin to change colors crisp and fall to the ground, it's not quite that time yet.......... Were timing the fun perfectly for photos, and it's going to get harder and harder to get those specific photographers and appreciate that you want It's preparation So I have my running shoes on.
The summer starts to end and autumn begins. It's when the ladybugs get confused and the bumble bees do their own things.
So as we get started, we begin with Stephanie and Eric in a non-particular order, maybe Quentin Tarantino style because I'll work backwards
Gosh what a fantastically amusemental wedding at The Camp at Buffalo Mountain . Samantha and Eric had this wedding Exactly the way that it should have been. Sweet, a touch of Canter Entertainment that smooth the evening into a nice rockin' reception! They are a God send when it comes down to coordination and DJ together.

I got the Jimmy legs when I saw Garrett with Nunn Photography when I showed up. Oh, it's on. @ Canter Entertainment is there to coordinate and DJ while Nunn Photography photography got their pre-shoots early. Bless them. Book them. You'll love they're work. I don't want to leave out the bartenders that worked their butts off Half Barrel keeping everyone in a particular balance of hydration and dehydration. No one passed out. Thank you The Camp At Buffalo Mountain we're always being there, so generous, always being present when needed, and accommodating to everyone that needed some sort of direction. I will always recommend you as a top vendor.
This is turning into the Declaration of Independence so I will never forget Cabin Heaven, beautiful and vast. Tremendously mountain views and Lacy, the coordinator/owner that accommodates very well to all of her guests. Shuttling from here to there, providing real rose petals on a whim so we don't have to mow red plastic pedals that would possibly not look great for the next wedding. Lastly, the photographer in Hendersonville N.C. and TN
bumgsrtner whom was fantastic but has not added me back on Facebook so I can't tag him directly. It's sometimes happens between officiants and photographers Although I I'll be showcasing his profile in case you like his style of photography.

It is with a heart full of gratitude and the deepest sense of honor that I accept the distinction of becoming a preferred wedding officiant of Smithmore Castle. To be welcomed into the embrace of such a noble house, where each stone seems to speak of history, and every chamber breathes with the romance of ages past, is a privilege that humbles me beyond words.
To unite two souls in matrimony is ever a sacred trust; but to do so beneath the watchful grace of Smithmore’s towers, amidst halls that have borne witness to both grandeur and gentleness, elevates that trust into something timeless. I count it a blessing beyond measure to join my voice with the legacy of love that has long been cherished within those walls.
In this appointment, I see not merely an honor given, but a vow made—that I shall devote myself with utmost sincerity to every couple I serve, offering words that may endure as dearly as the vows they speak. Smithmore Castle, in its majesty and its tenderness, shall ever remind me that love is both the noblest and the simplest treasure of our mortal days.

Hello and happy Vendor Monday again already?!? Shoowee, I need a chance to get caught and reintroduce myself if you didn't know me already.
The mums (chrysanthemums), asters, goldenrod, sedum (stonecrops), blanket flowers (gaillardia) are giving us a reminder that fall is on its way but enough about me for now. I'd like to recognizie the true professionals that took attention to such a minor minute details into everything they did. The cameras, video equipment, food, plates, and just everything that anyone could hold up flights of stairs or mountains...

Although, I'm a professional, certified and Ordained Wedding Officiant in the tri cities available throughout East TN, Southwest Virginia, and Western North Carolina, I get to go many places and need a lot of amazing people.
The first highlight I need to recognize is the wedding at Smithmore Castle for Christy and Matt. Such a down to earth fun loving couple that took their time, family, and effort to crowd families to five star Castle in America. I met some new friendors that were immaculate in their details, which appealed to the castle theme. It was such an honor to work beside DiPietro Weddings: Photography & Films LLC. Professionalism down to a point. They maneuver and seamlessly to create the shots for the guests and couple before they even knew they wanted it.
They took them across the castle and this did the sunset shots carefully and beautifully capturing each moment. I can't wait to get the sneaks, but I'll be posting the bts here tonight.
Tonight was magical with Garrett and Anna. It was a little smoky tonight Up at Black Balsam k**b but we had some of the best pictures because we had one of the best photographers that knows how to adjust the situation at the right time If it's cloudy or rainy etc. Love To Roam Photography has been one of my favorite photographers for over 5 years now and I recommend her highly. If there was a 10 star recommendation I would give it to her. Certainly check out her portfolio. She's creative, and is down to take fun pictures with the couples and doesn't just pose them in a particular boring order but encourages, and her energy allows the couples to be themselves and act goofy to get the great photos that they wanted. Ann Griffin, you're one of a kind.
It's getting late so I think I tagged everyone that I needed to for vendor Monday But if I missed you, I'll give you a shout out this week. Oh we can't forget our live band of percussionists! 's Music Studio that provides Violin, Cello, Guitar, Piano, Harp, Bagpipes, Steel Drum, Vocal, Solo, Duo, Trio, Quartet!

What a fantastic wedding! Working alongside with some of the best videographers, photographers, multi-instrumentalists, chefs, Footmen, with such elegance and professionalism. Look forward to a lot of sneaks!

After a wedding recently, I received a great comment from one of the members in the audience.
It was a few of the guys in a circle and as most of you know, I'm an officiant that doesn't just hop up and leave. I like to mingle and get behind the scenes video and pictures if possible. He told me not to take it the wrong way but I sound like Jiminy Cricket but in the great way that I use my voice, the best way that I deliver my speech. I guess I'll take the compliment. 😆
He was quickly interrupted and another gentleman said that my wedding script was so beautiful that I'm the Bob Ross of Officiants!
Then he was interrupted by another fellow saying that I'm the Hallmark of Officiants, and then HE was interrupted by ANOTHER gentleman laughing at the situation saying that my wedding script was the Chick-fil-A of ALL Officiants. I guess I'll take any compliment no matter how messy or unkempt it may be.
P.S.This wedding might have taken place at a brewery in the morning but still, these are amazing compliments that I had to share.

Today is another edition of vendors of the week! This week I had the opportunity to meet new vendors meanwhile working with some of my favorites as well which you know tickles me to death. The season is busy and it's only getting faster so I'm going to list these weddings in no particular order. First, let's raise our glasses to the couples. Brittany & Dakota, Jenna & Martin, Roxanna & Lee, Ryan and Robin, & Meagan &Austin. Warriors' Path State Park with a quaint amphitheater I had never seen before! A fantastic backdrop for Amelia Rae Photography whom I added to my website for my vendor list! She's creative and has amazing empathy with her couples. I can't wait to get the sneaks.
I also got to visit The Ivey House that even on a scorching hot August day, the reception area had fantastic air conditioning! A huge shout out to Bailey Lee Photo + Co. She has such a gift for capturing moments in a way that makes everyone feel timeless and full of emotion. Raise Your Glass was keeping everyone hydrated with their specialty cocktails, mocktails and beer. I can't forget Dead End BBQ for their wonderful catering services again. I had to get it to go box.
I had the pleasure to work with Captures by Chloe again which was such a surprise to see her glowing face at the Lily Pad Cove at Bays Mountain Park & Planetarium I applaud her work and recommend her to all my couples. She has her new studio now! Check her out!
Then off to Carvers Gap, Roan Mountain, TN with another favorite creative photographer Gabriela Stephanie Garcia with Inca Photography. She's always up for creativity in her work. She's coming up with new ideas and not just posing people like usual statues. She and her husband are another valuable photographer couple.
Lastly, was at Allendale Mansion we're ahead the pleasure of meeting a very seasoned photographer named Brittany A Moment Captured, by Brittany
It was another warm day but she gave clear direction to a large crowd and we all know that herding people is much harder than herding cows. The couple didn't want to share too many photos so I only have a few behind the scenes that I'm sharing but they're good enough without revealing any specific details. One last detail was the bartender at Allendale that was fantastic and outgoing providing beverages indoors and outdoors! Brandon Browning ( Me Up LLC late night taxi service)
