Rules: no burnouts on Jim’s property, pick up your trash, Kirk also requested that nobody backs in with exhaust up against glass and nobody leans on glass as it might be causing the alarm to go off, also noted it the police are called NO MORE MEETS, if the foster kittens are harmed NO MORE MEETS.
