Girl’s Harry Potter Birthday Cake — I had a father reach out to me because his original baker cancelled last minute. I had a busy weekend planned, but it broke my heart thinking about this little girl not having the cake she wanted. So, I decided I would make it happen. Rose Gold (Chocolate Fudge) & Pearl White (Vanilla Crème) CakePops — These were made for my Aunt’s birthday. Believe me when I say, they were a HUGE hit…they disappeared almost instantly! 🤤 (And just so you know, these are the healthiest CakePops you will ever find!)

Almost EVERY CakePop recipe out there says to add buttercream/frosting to the CakePop dough (to help hold the balls together). Thankfully though, I know better!! They taste SO much better without it, not to mention they are so much healthier.

… My family loves it when I get cookie orders also. They always get to eat the ones that don’t come out just right. (Considering I’m very much the perfectionist, that can amount to a LOT of extra cookies for them! 😂)
