For this nonprofit gala, organizing 450 guest names at their reserved tables, helping registration and seating run smoothly from the moment guests arrived and silent and live auction management was key.

We love all things red, white, and blue — from the perfectly styled tablescape to the backyard BBQ surrounded by family and friends. But most importantly, today is about remembering and honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. ❤️🤍💙

Allora was honored to partner with the Charleston Horticultural Society for their Plantasia event—a beautiful morning spent supporting our horticulture friends, mixing and mingling among garden treasures, and (let’s be honest) bringing home one… two… or maybe a few new plant babies of our own.

And a little reminder—events run best when you have the right team in place. Outsourcing key roles allows you to be present, connect with your guests, and focus your time where it matters most.
