Hi everyone! ✨Happy New Year!! One of my New Year's resolutions is to put myself and my team in front of the camera more to showcase behind the scenes of all the work and fun that goes into our clients and events! I definitely prefer to be in the background than the center of attention, but it's important to get to know the people managing one of the most important days of your life!
So im starting with a little reintroduction of myself!! Hi 👋🏼 Im Tara! Owner of Tara LeClaire Weddings since 2019! I was born and raised in and after moving all over the world with my Air Force husband Brian, we have made Charleston home for the last 14 years! My son .leclaire is now a pilot in the Air Force and my daughter .taylorleclaire._ is at Southeastern College for ultrasound/radiation! While my husband Brian served in the military i worked for Air Force youth services and taught dance and gymnastics! As my kids got older I started to look for a career that was more about interest than convenience, and quickly fell in love with weddings! I like to think my background with the military and teaching children has only made me a better wedding planner as it keeps me organized and prepared me to thrive under chaos! I truly love this industry and Charleston wedding community with all it has to offer!
With the new year we are growing and improving daily in hopes to give the most care and attention to detail as possible to make the full process magical! 2025 was full of many personal and professional opticals for me that has made me determined to learn and grow as a person, and as a planner.
We will be taking less events and paying more attention to detail and creativity so we can be stronger as a team and company! We have started planning away for 2026 and 2027 and excited to show you all of the fun along the way!
Fun side note: one of the best parts of this biz is all the talented people! So thrilled to play HAMU model for .by.tracie and a few weeks ago so I took advantage! Thank you for the photos!!
