Crawford Magic For over 30 years I have been working as a professional magician. I work with small and large groups alike, but I excel when I interact with my audience.

I perform stage, walk around, and close up magic. Rich Crawford has been a working magician for more than 30 years. Rich performs stage and strolling magic for both small and large groups, but he really shines when he engages his audience. Rich is now regarded as one of the most in-demand magicians due to his reputation for providing audiences with amazing and entertaining shows. Street performer

at Underground Atlanta, numerous private events, including Chick-fil-A Corporate, and a private engagement for Evander Holyfield are just a few of his accomplishments. I absolutely love making people laugh and drawing my audience into a world of imagination.

The engagement of an audience is a beautiful sight. Seeing eyes locked in, imaginations captured, and hearts connected reminds me why I love what I do.

When I look out and witness this level of connection, I know I’m honored to be part of something truly special. It’s more than entertainment—it’s memory-making.

Magic, like comedy, thrives on the unexpected. The unpredictability of a trick — and of an audience member — can create the most memorable moments.

I love her expression in this photo. That pure joy and laughter instantly connects with everyone in the room. We all get to share in that magic together.

Grateful for moments like these.

One of my favorite parts of performing is interacting with volunteers on stage. This smile says it all—nervousness, anticipation, and the excitement of not knowing what’s about to happen next.

I work hard to ensure that anyone who joins me on stage feels completely at ease and walks away feeling grateful to have been part of the moment. Because at the end of the day, the audience is the show. Your reactions, your laughter, your wonder—that’s the real magic.

Dinosaurs and magic… doesn’t get more fun than that! 🦕✨
A huge thank you to Komatsu for the opportunity to entertain your incredible team at the Tellus Science Museum. It was a night full of wonder, laughter, and prehistoric surprises. Looking forward to the next time!

After a full afternoon with master magician, “Mickey Mouse” I can safely say that Disney magic is the real deal. Thanks for all you taught me, Mickey. You’re the best! 🐭❤️

Doing some “research” to see what I can learn from the mouse 🐭 and the most magical place on earth!

You never know what inspiration you’ll find when you’re standing outside the House of Magic… stay tuned.

One of my favorite parts of performing isn’t just the awe and wonder the magic creates – it’s the laughter that erupts from these unscripted moments on stage.

You never know how a volunteer will respond, and that’s where the real fun begins. The humor that comes from these spontaneous interactions can’t be planned, and it makes every show unique, alive, and filled with joy.

Grateful for every volunteer who steps up, not knowing they might steal the show with a perfectly timed comment or an unforgettable reaction.

I had the chance to perform strolling magic during this beautiful wedding’s cocktail hour. In this moment, apparently I was trying to mirror the reaction that was about to come… not quite sure if it communicates surprise or fear. 😆

Maybe I accidentally created a new emotion: furprise or sear! 😂

That’s the fun of live magic—capturing real reactions and sharing moments of laughter and wonder together.

Magic and the Fourth of July have something in common: they both bring people together, eyes wide, hearts full, reminding us of the joy of shared moments.

Today, as we celebrate freedom, family, and the gift of being together, may you find a little magic in the laughter around the grill in the awe of the finale of a fireworks display.

Stay safe, celebrate well, and let a little wonder be part of your Fourth.

There’s nothing quite like the power of live theater. The lights, the laughter, the quiet moments, the big reactions—all of it is fueled by the energy of the audience. It is always about the audience.

Thankful for the chance to be part of an evening that creates memories, laughter, and wonder. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! For the privilege to share time together in this way.

Here’s to the performing arts, and to the beautiful moments that happen when we gather in a room and let ourselves be fully present together.

Behind every magical moment on stage, there are thousands of unseen hours spent in quiet practice. Most performers dedicate their careers to being seen—dancers, musicians, actors. But magic is different. It’s the only art form I know where the better you get, the more invisible your work becomes.

This photo captures a moment on stage, but what it doesn’t show is the time spent honing, refining, and perfecting every movement so that the audience experiences something truly impossible. The goal isn’t applause or recognition—it’s to leave people in awe, wondering what just happened. That’s the real magic.

There’s something beautifully simple about a deck of cards. Just 52 printed pieces of paper—familiar to nearly everyone. And yet, these same cards have been the foundation of thousands of magic tricks that have amazed and delighted people for generations.

It’s wild to think how much mystery and wonder can come from something so ordinary. That’s the fun of it—using the familiar to create the impossible.
