Part 6: The Land With Mountain Views, mowed paths, tree tunnels, and a stream fed pond, the land at Adena is breathtaking and serene. We always encourage couples to take a stroll on their wedding weekend to find one of our secret benches. These hideaways are perfect places to sit and reconnect with nature.

Part 5: The Wooded Cathedral Lined by 270 year old Dutch stone walls, you’ll find a magical glade surrounded by trees. Vintage pews and an arbor made from native trees makes transforms this forest clearing into a serene and holy place for ceremonies and the exchanging of vows.

Part 4: The Kirkman Barn The main event space at Adena is a gorgeously restored, 150 year-old mortise and tenon barn. One of the oldest barns in Greene County, it was a working dairy barn into the 50’s and we’ve still got the cows’ birth certificates up to prove it! Decked out with chandeliers, weathered wood, multiple bars, and elegant jazz era decor, it is the heart of the party and the gem of our venue.
